I have been a personal trainer for almost 7 years now, but have worked in the fitness industry for 9, so I know all the tricks of the trade. I studied dance at university for 3 years, before going on to do my personal training certificate, of which I hold the AQA level 2 and 3 personal trainer certificates along with the NASM CPT qualification. On top of that I hold a TRX, kettlebell, spin, nutrition and boxing coach certification.
My personal fitness passions include, dance, boxing, yoga and I'm also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I strongly believe in doing something you love.
Although I am one of the lucky ones who has always loved exercise, I haven’t always had healthy eating habits, so know how hard it can be to make a change. Thanks to my own experience with unhealthy habits, I have learnt techniques; I can pass on to my clients. With gradual changes and easy food swaps, you too will be leading a healthier lifestyle.
I endeavor to be a supportive, motivational, friendly and open trainer, who you will look forward to seeing for each session. I have stacks of knowledge, higher than an ihop pancake stack, on nutrition and will always be on hand to answer any nutritional queries you may have. You really are getting the full package if you choose me as your trainer.
