Grace Laight personal training, offers a tailor made, comprehensive personal training service, in the comfort and safety of your own home or in her personal gym space at her residence. 

 

Grace has been a trainer for over 10 years, is a qualified NASM CPT and CES trainer and has also obtained her pilates reformer qualification through balanced body. She will be offering private pilates sessions in her personal gym in summer 2021! 

 

Along with those qualifications, she has also received certificates specialising in women's fitness, pre and post natal training, kettlebells, TRX and boxing coaching.

Grace is also a black belt in Tae Kwon do. 

Grace is a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable trainer who will work tirelessly to help you reach your goals and get the results you want, all while having fun!

Together you will achieve those goals with an individual training and nutrition plan.
